The New Jersey Department of Agriculture (NJDA) is extending the deadline to apply for the 2025 Specialty Crop Block Grant (SCBG) Program. The deadline to submit proposals is now May 10th, at 5 PM.
Applicants who have already submitted their proposals are not required to reapply. We encourage you to share this opportunity with other eligible applicants who may benefit from this extension.

For the purpose of this grant program, “specialty crops” are defined as: vegetables and fruits, including grapes for wine, nuts, horticultural products including Christmas trees, honey, herbs, potatoes, sweet corn, and other specialty crops, including algae.
