Rutgers Cooperative Extension is pleased to announce the upcoming program, called “Networks to Reduce Risk: Annie’s Project Builds Viable Farms in Urban and Rural NJ.” The program will include four unique field trips and a dynamic, six-part webinar series. The overarching goal of this program is to improve risk management strategies of urban and rural farm business owners by connecting them with interactive educational opportunities, practical resources, and each other. This program is open to all.
Annie’s Project 101 is an 18-hour risk management training course that covers all five areas of risk management–financial, human resource, legal, market and production. The course will consist of six, 2-hour long webinars that focus on the five areas of risk as they relate to urban and rural agriculture in the Garden State.

Fee: $45 (a limited number of scholarships are available upon request)
